Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time and missed appointments are non-refundable.
If we are unable to provide the service because of equipment failure, closure, or severe weather, the customer will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule.
